My role aims to be a translator between our technology teams and our business.

As part of that I enjoy being able to connect with people one-to-one. Sometimes the connection comes about because things need improvement. Other times it’s because I want to listen and share ideas about how things could be more effective for the future.

I continue to see value in my role and enjoy its challenges. Challenge on its own isn’t meaningful without having great people to experience the journey with, like I do here. Through this journey I’ve found personal and professional growth.
