Working at DLA gave me the opportunity to be seconded to the New Zealand office for three weeks to facilitate collaboration between Asia and New Zealand from the marketing and business development perspective, it is truly inspirational to work with the amazing local BD team to share the best practice and exchange ideas.

It is my first, unique experience to work in another office, learning from each other and making friendships with colleagues across different teams.

This valuable experience has had a profound influence on me, leading me to volunteer for the Hong Kong Collaborative Secondment Programme to give back what I have gained from my own secondment experience.
