I love being part of the international knowledge team – I get to be part of every legal team in Dublin, talking to them about how to take the cutting-edge legal work they are producing for clients, and turn it into training, client briefings, and the foundation for future work.

Every day is different – on Monday I might be talking to my colleague in Hungary about designing interactive training for the lawyers, on Tuesday I might be trialling new technology to make legal work more efficient, and by Friday I could be briefing my colleagues on what a new piece of ESG regulation means for their clients.

Being able to try new things locally in Dublin, and then roll out our successes to the whole international firm is one of the most exciting and creative parts of being a Country Head of Knowledge in DLA Piper.
