The international nature of the firm, and the continued support I received from both my local managers as well as international leads, allowed me to grow as an HR professional within the Amsterdam office and expand my horizons into international HR and Change roles.

Collaborating with colleagues across the world – virtually and in person – and getting to know their cultures and practices is truly interesting and a lot of fun.
