How would you describe the culture at DLA Piper?

One of the things that attracted me most to DLA Piper is its culture. There’s a strong work ethic, but also a genuine willingness to support one another and make time for collaboration. Additionally, the firm's commitment to pro bono work resonates with me and is something I truly value.

What pro bono or sustainability-related activities have you been involved in?

This year, I have been involved in several pro bono matters, ranging from smaller assignments to more substantial projects. One notable example was assisting a U.S. charity with the tax implications of organizing conferences across various countries. They were extremely appreciative of our support and a pleasure to work with.

Do you have any advice for students aspiring to pursue a career in law?

I highly recommend attending as many student events organised by DLA Piper as possible. They offer a great opportunity to get to know the firm and its people. Additionally, I strongly encourage applying for an internship at DLA Piper, as it’s the best way to experience firsthand whether it’s the right place for you to pursue your professional career.
