Our well-established Legal Delivery Centre (LDC) is looking appoint a LDC System and Change Coordinator who will support the LDC's continued expansion by assisting with: (i) essential financial processes; and (ii) the continued deployment of matter management software (Sharedo) across the LDC.
Main duties and responsibilities
Internal LDC systems:
- Provide finance and billing support, including managing overseas matters and adjusting client rates.
- Track overseas matter extensions and conduct monthly audits of billing credit allocations.
- Utilize key finance and billing systems (SNAP, SIA, CMA) to support WIP/billing inquiries and manage digital LDC resources.
Sharedo:
- Offer comprehensive support for Sharedo, addressing general queries/issues and conducting training sessions for new joiners.
- Perform regular Sharedo maintenance, including user management and generating management reports.
- Assist in the ongoing development of Sharedo, taking ownership of specific projects such as data maintenance and template document uploads.
Additional responsibilities:
- Serve as the Permanent Ambassador Champion, chairing all LDC Ambassadors and supporting Ambassador-led projects.
- Collate and edit content for the regular LDC Newsletter.
- Maintain and update new joiner induction materials, including the LDC Induction Booklets, and conduct inductions with new joiners.
About you

- with matter management software;
- in the legal industry; and/or

The LDC provides large scale and/or process driven solutions to support the firm's high end advisory services.
The function works as an extended part of the legal team, dealing with activities that are best performed by a specialist, process-centric operation. Legal professionals (Paralegals), combined with the LDC's qualified lawyers and IT tools, deliver a transparent service to agreed timescales, yielding very high-quality outputs.
The LDC operates from offices in Germany, Leeds and across Australia. All combine to service the requirements of the international business.
