Our team consists of nearly 400 people, working from 29 offices across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa and Australia. This geographical spread and numerous entities brings a vast amount of opportunities. As a team, we pride ourselves on providing excellent service to all of our stakeholders, regardless of needs, location and complexity.
We’re a team which welcomes challenge and change in everything we do. We have recently invested in technology to deliver more automation and a continuously improving service, allowing the team to focus on more value-added work. Not only do we look to improve the technology we have, but we also explore alternative ways of working to ensure we remain fit for the future.
Business partnering is an important part of Finance at DLA Piper. We aim to be the ‘Trusted Advisor’ for all of our internal stakeholders, which means being challengers, enablers and facilitators, helping each team succeed.
Our team consists of people who have been in the business anywhere between one month and 36 years. Over 40% of our team has an accounting qualification, but the majority bring skills from many other areas, such as IT, project management and process change. The breadth of skills and experience is something we celebrate and welcome within all areas of the Finance function.
