As Norway’s only global law firm, we offer our employees unique opportunities to build regional and global networks, as well as access to international development and exchange programmes. For example, our lawyers can take part in is the Nordic secondment programme. This exchange programme gives the opportunity to spend one week at another Nordic office and build stronger relationships with colleagues.

In 2018 DLA Piper was awarded Law Firm of the Year – Overall, and Law Firm of the Year – Fund Formation at the Property Investor Europe (PIE) awards. The PIE European Property Investor Awards recognise and honour outstanding performance in European commercial real estate.
A great place to work
In 2017, and for the tenth consecutive year, we earned a perfect score from the Corporate Equality Index (CEI), a national survey and report from the Human Rights Campaign Foundation (HRCF). DLA Piper was again recognised as a Best Place to Work for LGBT Equality.
