Diversity and inclusion
We’re particularly committed to this topic at both an international and a local level. LAW Italia (LAW – Legal Alliance for Women) is a group formed by the female professionals at our firm with the purpose of promoting and enhancing opportunities for female talent.

Team building
We actively support team building activities. Since 2012, Chorus, a representative body of the youngest professionals, has been active. Among the initiatives, two DLA Piper Italia scholarships are assigned to professionals who have distinguished themselves through high-level training courses.
