Two lawyers from our Hong Kong team were named as Acritas Stars 2019. The Acritas Stars Report is the result of the analysis of thousands of interviews with general counsel and other senior leaders working within legal departments around the world. Carolyn Dong – Acritas star lawyer

Through her over 30-year career, Carolyn Dong has rich experience in advising on Chinese clients’ overseas investments and international investors for their investments into China. She provides a full scope of services including advising on transactional and corporate structures as well as operational issues.

Paul Lee – Acritas star lawyer

Paul Lee has a broad background in banking and finance. His focus is complex cross-border financings, acquisition finance, syndicated loans and project finance, receivables financing, cash management arrangements and vendor financing. His work often involves a number of jurisdictions, such as England and Wales, Hong Kong, People’s Republic of China, India, Thailand, Indonesia, Laos and the Philippines.
