Our achievements
Achieving gender equality
The Women in Law initiative was launched in Benelux countries in 2016. We aim to retain, promote and help our female lawyers to further develop their skills. Over the last year our activities have included breakfast sessions, workshops and a motivational keynote speaker.
Striving for greater inclusion
DLA Piper is pleased to be one of the co-founding members of the Legal Diversity & Inclusion Alliance. This is a joint initiative by more than 40 law firms in Belgium who all pledge to eliminate discrimination in the workplace, to promote an inclusive culture and to take tangible actions.
