The role

Supportare l’ufficio gare nelle procedure di gara, in conformità a quanto previsto nel D.Lgs. 36/2023, e nelle altre attività gestite dall’ufficio.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Gestione delle procedure di gara per appalti di servizi in conformità a quanto previsto dal D.Lgs. 36/2023.
Supporto nella partecipazione a tender per clienti privati italiani e stranieri gestiti tramite piattaforme web.
Iscrizione ed aggiornamento in albi fornitori e piattaforme telematiche di Enti pubblici e società private.
Preparazione di tutti i documenti amministrativi necessari per la gestione delle procedure di gara e le piattaforme sopra indicate; raccolta dei documenti necessari per partecipare alla gara, anche attraverso la collaborazione con gli uffici interessati.
Presentazione delle offerte, compresa la presentazione di documenti firmati digitalmente.
Analisi dei requisiti richiesti nei bandi di gara, formulazione di eventuali quesiti, supporto in tutte le fasi delle procedure e gestione delle cauzioni provvisorie e definitive.
Controllo e monitoraggio delle date di apertura delle buste, tenuta dello scadenziario, gestione della fase di aggiudicazione, predisposizione di tutti i documenti contrattuali.

ABOUT YOU

  • Precedente esperienza, anche breve, nella posizione in gare pubbliche nazionali;
  • Conoscenza dei sistemi di E-Procurement, dei principali sistemi di approvvigionamento regionale delle PA e del portale dell’ANAC (Autorità Nazionale Anticorruzione);
  • Laureati e/o diplomati; laurea in Giurisprudenza o Economia sarà considerata un plus;
  • Buona padronanza dell’inglese parlato e scritto;
  • Accuratezza e precisione;
  • Capacità di lavorare sia in team che individualmente;
  • Capacità di gestire sistemi informatici, ottima conoscenza di MS Office (Word ed Excel in particolare).
