The role

WE ARE LOOKING FOR AMBITIOUS TRANSACTION LAWYERS TO STRENGTHEN OUR TEAMS

Our transaction focused teams (e.g. Corporate and Real Estate) are looking for senior lawyers to join their teams. As a member of any of either of these teams, you will assist our Finnish and international clients in a changing business environment, supporting them in their growth and business development efforts both in Finland and abroad. Our clientele includes scale-ups, listed companies, financial institutions and other established businesses, VC/PE and real estate investors and multinational groups. A candidate shall have the readiness to play a key role in supporting our clients in transactions related matters.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

The ideal senior lawyer candidate will have:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in relevant practice, preferably in a law firm
  This means solid understanding and experience of transactions and company law, and also practical experience in project management and conducting legal due diligence, drafting transaction documentation such as e.g. confidentiality agreements, letters of intent, share purchase agreements, investment agreements and shareholder agreements and experience on providing strategic legal advice to the clients on transactions, including regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and deal structuring
• Excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage complex legal matters with precision and efficiency
• An attitude to work collaboratively within a team
• Ambition for quality, customer service, personal growth and supporting the firm’s goals
• A mature and confident approach and high motivation
• Pride, ambitiousness and a proactive professional with the ability to work independently, and
• A full proficiency in both Finnish and English and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
