Our transaction focused teams (e.g. Corporate and Real Estate) are looking for senior lawyers to join their teams. As a member of any of either of these teams, you will assist our Finnish and international clients in a changing business environment, supporting them in their growth and business development efforts both in Finland and abroad. Our clientele includes scale-ups, listed companies, financial institutions and other established businesses, VC/PE and real estate investors and multinational groups. A candidate shall have the readiness to play a key role in supporting our clients in transactions related matters.
