ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate should:

  • have experience in corporate law from a reputable Czech or international firm
  • minimum of 1 – 2 years legal experience post-admission as an attorney
  • experience in M&A, demonstrable experience in transaction advisory
  • experience with arbitration is a asset to us
  • interest in corporate law and forte professional growth
  • demonstrate a “can do” attitude and deep understanding of our clients’ needs
  • be service minded, organized and able to meet deadlines
  • display outstanding communication, client engagement, and teamwork abilities
  • be fluent in both oral and written professional English and Czech
  • show a keen interest in marketing, business development and contributing to the advancement of our Czech practice

Also in  Czech Republic we assist our clients with acquisitions, outsourcings, expansions or reductions-in-force, local or international employee relations, data protection, local, cross-border or collective litigation, compliance, and risk management issues. We now seek talented and motivated Associate to our Corporate team in Prague.
