The role

Great opportunity to join our DCM & Structured Finance team in Milan. You will be supporting senior associates and the partner of the team that have extensive experience in capital market, corporate finance and structured finance transactions, advising major Italian and European financial institutions and companies.

The team assists banks and funds in connection with asset securitization transactions, debt capital markets transactions, banks funding, covered bonds issuances and real estate/energy/structured finance transactions involving Italian, European and international institutional counterparties. The wide variety of work also includes assistance to clients in the setting-up of pan-European issuance platforms for the offering (to both retail and institutional investors) and listing of a wide range of securities in the EU and in connection with the relevant legal and regulatory aspects.

The lawyers of the team also advise both investment banks and European companies in relation to the issuance of corporate bonds and their admission to trading on regulated and non-regulated markets, as well as in the context of debt restructuring, where the team is often involved in connection with debt obligations and liability management issues. 


  • Legal research and analysis
  • Assistance in drafting memoranda and legal opinions
  • Assistance in contract drafting
  • Analysis of contractual agreements and other legal documents
  • Due diligence
  • Full engagement and involvement in client matters


  • At least one year of experience in DCM / Structured Finance
  • Law degree with top academic results
  • Fluency in English and in Italian
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Personal commitment and learning attitude
